Any booking, made offline, will only come into existence when payment has been made in full and your confirmation has been dispatched by us. Upon completing your booking and receiving your confirmation you enter into a contract with The Binglea Hotel on our stated terms and conditions. Restrictions may apply but not limited to, minimum night stay and age restrictions; you will be advised of these at the time of booking where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at any time. No refund will be made but you are allowed to change your dates to another available date.within 1 month Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit/debit card used to pay for the booking and a valid photo ID, such as passport or driving licence, where by photocopies will be made. All guest names and contact telephone numbers are required at the time of booking including whether they are adults or minors. As soon as your confirmation and invoice are received, please check the details carefully. If anything is not correct let us know immediately. We regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of any inaccuracy in the documentation. If there is an error in the confirmation or invoice, we reserve the right to correct it as soon as we become aware of it and will do so within 7 days of issue of the confirmation or invoice or, if your arrival date is within 7 days of booking, no later than 24 hours before your arrival date.

When you use our website or our online booking service, we may collect personal information from you, including but not limited to your name, address, accommodation details, credit/debit card number and expiry date, billing information, and telephone numbers. Your credit/debit card information is only used to complete the transaction you requested; it is not saved or used in any other way by us. When you speak with us on the phone, send us correspondence, or write a Guest Evaluation or a review of our housing services, we may gather Personal Information directly from you. We do not share your Personal Information with third parties unless it is necessary to process and complete your bookings, payments, or other transactions on your behalf, to meet our contractual obligations to you, or to allow the relevant third parties to meet their obligations to you in providing the services you requested. Please check your cancellation policy if you booked through a third-party company. If you have any questions about your cancellation, you should contact the company/OTA through which you booked, not the hotel. Outside of the cancellation period, the hotel is not responsible for any cancellations. When booking directly or through a third party, reservations are non-refundable. Guests are granted one month to rebook, but you must notify the hotel seven days before to your arrival date to ensure availability.

For the missing key, your card will be charged £50.
